Wednesday July 8, 2015: After opening responses from the above listed companies Taney
County Collector Sheila Wyatt and I documented the “Grand Total Price” response details in
each response – as listed above. Sheila then took copies of each response for a thorough
review. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a recommendation for
award to the Taney County Commission on Monday July 13, 2015.
Monday July 13, 2015: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered,
Sheila Wyatt recommended Ozark Mailing Services of; Springfield, Mo. to be awarded for a
period of 36 months as of today. This recommendation, in our opinion, is governed by;

• The rule of finding what is best for the county, not always the lowest.
• Familiarity with our current software programming.
• Local service availability.
• This Vendor was totally clear on all quoted rates within their response.

Therefore this is the recommendation of the Taney County Collector. After a few questions,
and brief discussion, a motion was made to award as such and the Taney County Commission
passed said motion unanimously.
