Wednesday June 24, 2015: After opening all responses received for the above listed RFB, in the
Commission Hearing Room – in public, a decision was made to allow a time for a thorough review of said
information by Road & Bridge Interim Administrator Randy Haes. Thereafter an agenda request was
made, and approved, to deliver a recommendation for award on Monday July 6, 2015.

Monday July 6, 2015: Subsequent to a thorough review of the detailed pricing offered, within each Bid
Package Response received, Mr. Haes recommended an award to Summit Truck Group of Springfield,
Mo. as the low Bidder, see below, for this Transport Truck - to the Taney County Commission. After an
extensive discussion weighing all pros & cons a motion to award to Summit was made and it passed
unanimously.

Summit = GRAND TOTAL PRICE (Including ALL Warranty Items.): $118,456
APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE: 60 Days.
Peterbilt = GRAND TOTAL PRICE (Including ALL Warranty Items.): $121,500
APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE: 60-75 Days.
Freightliner = GRAND TOTAL PRICE (Including ALL Warranty Items.): $124,555
APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE: Nov., 2015.
Jenkins Diesel = GRAND TOTAL PRICE (Including ALL Warranty Items.): $127,625
APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE: Sept., 2015.
