Wednesday May 27, 2015: After opening responses from the above listed companies
today, initial details were documented by Road & Bridge Interim Administrator, Randy
Haes and myself. Mr. Haes then took a copy for a more thorough and complete review.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation
to the Taney County Commission on Monday June 1, 2015.
Monday June 1, 2015: After completion of a thorough review Mr. Haes issued a letter
with his recommendation for award to Michel Electric of Branson, Mo. them being the
low Bidder as listed above. Said letter was delivered to the Commission by Road &
Bridge Supervisor David Stottle. I then announced the results as above as well as the
recommendation from Mr. Haes - to the Taney County Commission. After a brief
discussion a motion was made and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously
to award to Michel Electric..
