Tuesday April 14, 2015: Taney County Collector Sheila Wyatt and I met, in public, at
the Taney County Commission Hearing Room in reference to the above listed RFB.
Despite multiple direct Bid invitations to qualified Vendors only one response was
received. That response was from the above listed Newspaper Service, offering the
above listed Bid response. Sheila Wyatt took a copy of the full Bid package response
but she will not be available for the formal recommendation phase. I have requested an
agenda time in front of the Taney County Commission to present the information on
Monday April 20, 2015 – subsequently approved.
Monday April 20, 2015: The Taney County Commission met in reference to the above
listed RFB. I presented the details as received within the single Bid response. A motion
was made to approve as such and it passed unanimously.
