Tuesday April 14, 2015: After opening responses from the above listed companies
today, initial details were noted by Mr. Randy Haes, Interim Road & Bridge
Administrator and myself. Mr. Haes will complete a thorough review of all responses
and formulate a recommendation. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to
deliver a formal recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Monday April 20,
2015.

Monday April 20, 2015: After completion of a thorough review Mr. Haes delivered the
above Bid results along with his recommendation for award to: MAC Trailer Mfg., Inc. of
Alliance, Ohio as the low Bidder - to the Taney County Commission. After some
discussion a motion was made and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously
to award as such.
