AUGUST 17, 2005 THE 12TH DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURNED TERM
The County Commission met via conference call at 12:32 p.m. pursuant to
adjourn with Ron Herschend, Western District and Danny Strahan, Eastern District
present. Chuck Pennel, Presiding was absent. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record.
ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY
Donna Neeley, County Clerk swore Ron Herschend in as Presiding
Commissioner. Presiding Commissioner Herschend made a motion to approve a payment
to Sunbelt Environment for the environmental study at the airport in the amount of
$4,200.20. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Pennel (absent), Herschend (yes), Strahan (yes).
