Tuesday March 24, 2015: After opening responses from all of the above listed
companies today, Sheriff Russell and I documented each response as listed above. All
three responses will be thoroughly reviewed later by Sheriff Russell. An agenda request
has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation to the Taney
County Commission on Monday March 30, 2015.
Monday March 30, 2015: The Taney County Commission met today in reference to the
above listed RFB. Sheriff Russell recommended the lowest Bidder, combined costs
vehicle & warranty, for award of this Bid to Tri-Lakes Motors in Branson, Missouri.
The Commission thereafter voted unanimously to do so.
