Tuesday January 6, 2015: Three responses were received to the above listed Bid. All were opened
in public reflecting the above information from the following three Vendors; Temperature Control and
Specialty Air being from Springfield – D&B from Branson. Renee Brusca took possession of a copy of
each response to complete a thorough review of all information packages. An agenda request to
deliver an award recommendation to the Taney County Commission has been made, and approved,
for Thursday January 8, 2015.
Thursday January 8, 2015: After a thorough review and listing responses within the above table we
formally recommend D & B HVAC Systems, of: Branson, Mo., for award due to their response being
lower than the other two received. We further recommend the Commission to include within any
motion to award this “term & supply contract” using the timeframe listed in the RFB of; three (3) years
starting on Monday February 9, 2015 running through February 8, 2018, which may be automatically
renewed for up to two (2) one-year periods unless canceled in writing prior to a renewal period.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the information, made a motion to award as such, and it
passed unanimously.
