Tuesday October 21, 2014: Despite having this RFB advertised and released to the
public since September 24, 2014, and direct contact with all available local Vendors
offering this service – only one Bid response was received.
Said response from: DH Pace Company, Inc. / DBA; Overhead Door Company of
Springfield for: $10, 307.00.
Taney County Road & Bridge Office Manager Kathy Roberts assisted in opening this
one response and confirmed the above amount as being what this Vendor is offering.
Recommendation to award in front of the Taney County Commission is scheduled for
Monday October 27, 2014. In the meantime a thorough review of the information
submitted will be completed by Taney County Road & Bridge Coordinator Randy Haes
for award recommendation.
Monday October 27, 2014: Upon completion of a thorough review of all of the
information contained within the response received from DH Pace Mr. Haes delivered
the Bid results along with his recommendation to award, to DH Pace, to the Taney
County Commission. After some discussion a motion was made and the Taney County
Commission voted unanimously to award as such.
