Wednesday October 15, 2014: After opening responses from both of the above listed
companies today, Road & Bridge Coordinator Randy Haes and I documented each
response as listed above. Both responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Haes. An
agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation to
the Taney County Commission on: Monday October 20, 2014.
Monday October 20, 2014: The Taney County Commission met today in reference to
the above listed RFB. Road & Bridge Coordinator Randy Haes has completed a
thorough review of both information packages finding the lower Bidder to be in total
compliance with all requirements within the Bid specifications. Therefore he
recommended: Broken Tractor, LLC. of Baton Rouge, La... for award of this Bid. The
Commission thereafter voted unanimously to award as such.
