FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met at the Taney County Airport at 9:33 am with Ron Houseman (present), Danny
Strahan (present), and Brandon Williams (present). The Commission met with the Taney County Airport Board
at the Board’s request.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 9:33 am. The Commission was asked to meet with the Taney County
Airport Board during the Board’s monthly meeting. The following were present for the meeting: Dr. Phil
Carmen, Mike Booth, Chris Robertson, Mark Parent, Dr. Glen Cameron, Joe Hall, Phil Loyd, Terry Scott, and
Mark Trimble.
Commissioner Houseman exited the meeting at 10:06 am.
The following issue was discussed with the Commission during the meeting:
*Appointment of Board Members
-Should be totally independent from management.
-Should function at the discretion of the County Commission.
-Picked by the County Commission without recommendations from the manager or board
members personally, but possibly recommended by the board as a whole.
*Personnel Review of the Airport Manager between the board and HR.
ADJOURNMENT
The Taney County Airport Board adjourned their meeting.
