Tuesday September 9, 2014: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies today,
Chief Deputy Anderson and I documented each response as listed above. All three responses will be
thoroughly reviewed later by Sheriff Russell. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver
a formal recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Monday September 15, 2014.

Monday September 15, 2014: The Taney County Commission met today in reference to the above listed
RFB. Sheriff Russell completed a very thorough review of all three information packages and although
there is little difference between the Bids - the Sheriff suggested the local dealership made more sense
and recommended the Commission award this Bid to Tri-Lakes Motors in Branson, Missouri. The
Commission thereafter voted unanimously to award as such.
