Tuesday August 19, 2014: After opening responses from all of the above listed
companies today, Sheriff Russell and I documented each response as listed above. The
responses will be thoroughly reviewed. An agenda request has been made, and
approved, to deliver a formal recommendation to the Taney County Commission on
Monday August 25, 2014.
Monday August 25, 2014: The Taney County Commission met today in reference to
the above listed RFB. Sheriff Russell completed a thorough review of the information
packages finding the low Bid from Ed Roehr Safety Products to be the best choice for
Taney County. As such he recommended them for award of this Bid. The Commission
thereafter voted unanimously to award to Ed Roehr Company as recommended.
