FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room at 8:36 am with Ron Houseman (present),
Danny Strahan (present), and Brandon Williams (absent). The following proceedings were had and made a
matter of record:
CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Houseman called the July 2, 2014 meeting to order at 9:10 am in the Commission Conference
Room.
BID RECOMMENDATION FOR SEPTIC PUMP OUT #201405-265
Ron Erickson the Purchasing Director and John Soutee of the Environmental Services Department came before
the Commission with Bid Recommendations for Septic System Services Bid #2014405-265. They received one
bid from Boremans Septic Services.
Commissioner Strahan moved to award bid #201405-265 for Septic System Services to Boremans Septic
Services. Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Williams (absent).

Commissioner Strahan moved to adjourn. Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye), and Williams (absent).
