FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room at 9:00 am with Ron Houseman (present),
Danny Strahan (present), and Brandon Williams (absent). The following proceedings were had and made a
matter of record:
CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Houseman called the April 22, 2014 meeting to order at 9:00 am in the Commission Conference
Room.
EXECUTIVE SESSION PER SECTION 610.021 (1) – LEGAL
Commissioner Strahan moved to enter Executive Session per section 610.021 (1). Commissioner Houseman
seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye), and Williams
(absent).
ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION
9:00 AM
Commissioner Williams entered the meeting at 9:07 am and exited at 11:24 am. He then re-entered the meeting
at 2:33 pm and exited at 5:19 pm.

Commissioner Strahan moved to exit Executive Session. Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion. The
motion passed by roll call vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye), and Williams (absent).

Commissioner Strahan moved to adjourn. Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye), and Williams (absent).
