MAY 27, 2005 THE 17TH DAY
OF THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met at the Southtown Grill at 2:00 p.m. pursuant to
adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding, Ron Herschend, Western District, and Danny
Strahan, Eastern District present. The following proceedings were had and made a matter
of record.
AIRPORT BOARD
Commissioner Herschend made a motion to appoint: Mark Trimble, Dr. Glen
Cameron, Alan Lawson, Phil Lloyd, Dave Woolery, Joe Hall, and Jim Youngblood to the
Airport Board. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Pennel (yes), Herschend (yes), Strahan (yes).
TERMS
Commissioner Herschend made a motion to set the terms at 3 years starting with
two 2 years, two 3 years, and three 4 years. The exact terms to be determined by July
31st. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel
(yes), Herschend (yes), Strahan (yes).
