FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room at 9:06 am with Ron Houseman (present by
phone), Danny Strahan (present), and Brandon Williams (present by phone). The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Houseman called the March 24, 2014, meeting to order at 9:06 am in the Commission
Conference Room.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Payroll. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Accounts Payable as follows: Checks #338910 – 338972; and
Warrant #5950. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).
Commissioner Strahan moved to adjourn. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).
