Tuesday March 18, 2014: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies today, Chief
Deputy Anderson and I documented each response as listed above. All three responses will be
thoroughly reviewed later by Sheriff Russell. An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver
a formal recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Thursday March 20, 2014 at 9:05 AM.
Thursday March 20, 2014: The Taney County Commission met today in reference to the above listed
RFB. Sheriff Russell completed a very thorough review of all three information packages which required
a few adjustments to the actual total amounts submitted due to a few variations regarding options. After
the above listed adjustments there is little difference between the Bids. As such the Sheriff suggested the
local dealership made more sense and recommended the Commission award this Bid to Tri-Lakes
Motors in Branson, Missouri. The Commission thereafter voted unanimously to do so.
