Tuesday February25, 2014: After opening responses from the above listed companies a request was
made to allow a time for a thorough review of all information packages as received by Road & Bridge
Coordinator Randy Haes and after that he requested a recommendation date be set for Thursday March
6, 2014.

Thursday March 6, 2014: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, within both
responses, Mr. Haes recommended, to The Taney County Commission, the low Bid as received from
Viebrock Sales LLC of: Sedalia, Mo. listed above. A motion was made to award to Viebrock Sales LLC
and it passed unanimously.
