Tuesday January 7, 2014: Regarding the above RFB - at 9:30 AM all sealed responses from the above listed
companies were opened and documented as above. All information packages as received will be reviewed by Robert
Dixon of the Taney County Recorder’s Office. An agenda request for January 9, 2014 was made/approved to make a
formal recommendation for award in front of the Taney County Commission.
Thursday January 9, 2014: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, Mr. Dixon
recommended: Missouri Document Solutions of Springfield, Mo. to be awarded.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.
