Tuesday November 19, 2013: Three responses were received to the above listed Bid. All were opened in public
reflecting the above information. Harris Mechanical of Taneyville was the first response; Ed’s Heating & Cooling of
Hollister was the second response, and D & B HVAC Systems of Branson the third.
Mark Parent, Airport Manager, will complete a thorough review of all responses after which he will formulate a
recommendation to submit to the 10 person Taney County Airport Board. Once the Airport Board completes their review
and reaches a consensus for an award recommendation – we will make an agenda request to deliver their award
recommendation to the Taney County Commission for their review and vote.
Monday December 2, 2013: Subsequent to a thorough review the Taney County Airport Board – through Airport
Manager Mark Parent, has today recommended for award the low Bidder above = Ed’s Heating & Cooling of Hollister,
Mo. The Taney County Commission voted unanimously to award as recommended.
