Thursday November 21, 2013: Five responses were received to the above listed Bid. All were opened in public as well
as in front of the Taney County Commission. Basic results are listed above.
Taney County Clerk Donna Neeley will complete a thorough review of all responses after which she will formulate a
recommendation. Once she has completed that review we will make an agenda request to deliver her award
recommendation to the Taney County Commission for their review and vote.
Monday December 2, 2013: This morning – per the Taney County Commission agenda – and after a very thorough
review of all responses, Taney County Clerk Donna Neeley presented a detailed tabulation sheet to all three
Commissioners supporting her recommendation to award to: Know Ink, Inc of: St. Louis, Mo. After much discussion the
Taney County Commission voted unanimously to award as recommended. The more detailed excel spreadsheet
completed by the Taney County Clerk’s Office is attached here as a second document.
