BID NUMBER; RFB# 201309-239

Wednesday October 9, 2013: Three responses were received to the above listed Bid. Mark Parent, Airport Manager, will
complete a thorough review of responses as well as share that information with the Taney County Airport Board - after
which we will make an agenda request to deliver an award recommendation to the Taney County Commission.

Monday October 21, 2013: After a thorough review the Taney County Airport Board requested that this Bid be rejected
and re-let due to a specifications change. A request to get on the Taney County Commission Agenda was made and
approved for Monday October 28, 2013.

Monday October 28, 2013: A formal request was made to the Taney County Commission to reject this Bid, and all
responses, and re-let it with the updated specifications. The Commission voted unanimously to do so.
