Wednesday October 23, 2013: After opening responses from the above listed companies and noting costs offered by
each Sgt. Stottle, from the Taney County Sheriff’s Department, took charge of all responses in order to complete a
thorough review of each. An award recommendation date was then scheduled for Monday October 28, 2013.

Monday October 28, 2013: Sgt. Stottle appeared before the Taney County Commission where he announced that he
had thoroughly reviewed each package and was prepared to recommend; Digital Ally Inc, of: Lenexa, Ks. for award.
This is not the lowest price but in comparing “apples to apples” it does appear to be the best solution for our needs
especially given the fact that it will work in conjunction with our existing equipment as was required within the Bid.
Other local agencies use Digital Ally with very good results.

The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.

Thank you.
