companies were opened and documented as above. All information packages as received will be reviewed by Alissha
Woody of the Taney County Prosecutor’s Office. An agenda request has been submitted for Thursday September 19,
2013 to make a formal recommendation for award in front of the Taney County Commission.
Thursday September 19, 2013: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, Alissha
recommended Graystone Graphics, Inc of Nixa, Missouri to be awarded.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.
