were opened and documented as above. All information packages as received will be reviewed by Taney County
Clerk, Donna Neeley. An agenda request has been submitted for Monday October 7, 2013 to make a formal
recommendation for award in front of the Taney County Commission.
Monday October 7, 2013: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, Edward J. Rice
Company, Inc. out of Springfield, Missouri was recommended to be awarded.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.
