JULY 22, 2013, 6th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 9:00 am with Ron Houseman (Absent),
Danny Strahan (present), and Brandon Williams (present via phone). The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
PRELIMINARY STUDY MEETING
No preliminary meeting held.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no Public Comment at this time.
CALL TO ORDER
Commissioner Strahan called the July 22, 2013, meeting to order at 9:01 am and asked Auditor Rick Findley to
lead with prayer, and Commissioner Strahan led the Pledge of Allegiance.
COMMISSION REMARKS
There were no Commissioner remarks at this time.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Accounts Payable as follows: Checks #336156 - #336197 and
#336199 to #336207. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman
(absent), Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).

MODOT MONTHLY UPDATES
Beth Schaller of MoDOT came in and gave monthly update for road construction and projects in the county.
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).
