Tuesday August 27, 2013: After opening responses to the above listed Bid, from the above listed companies, a
decision was made to allow a time for a thorough review of all information packages as received from each by Taney
County Road & Bridge Coordinator Randy Haes. An agenda request was made and approved for an award
recommendation to be made to the Taney County Commission on Thursday August 29, 2013.

Thursday August 29, 2013: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, Randy Haes
recommended, to the Taney County Commission, the Bid as received from: Herrman Lumber of Branson, Mo. - listed
above – to be awarded. Three of the four Bids received were very close with the low Bid only $3.46 lower than the
next. We believe this may be the closest we have ever seen Bids come in. The Taney County Commission was very
impressed by this and made mention of their appreciation for the competitive nature of our Local Vendors, asking us on
the air, to express their sincere appreciation to all of these Vendors for their efforts concerning this response.

Thereafter the Commission made a motion to award, based on the recommendation, and it passed unanimously.
