Tuesday August 20, 2013: After opening responses for the above listed Bid a decision was made to allow a time for a thorough review of all information packages as received from
each of the above listed Companies - by Taney County Planning & Zoning Director – Bob Atchley.

Thursday August 22, 2013: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered which required a listing of all of the various separate elements for each written
response completed by Mr. Atchley, above, he recommended the low Bid as received from: GREAT AMERICAN TITLE CO. of: Branson, MO - listed above – to be awarded.

The Taney County Commission made a motion as such and it passed unanimously.
