THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 8:08 am with Danny Strahan and Brandon
Williams present, and Ron Houseman absent. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of
record:
Deputy Clerk Stacey Clemans swore in Commissioner Williams as Temporary Presiding Commissioner.
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Commissioner Williams called the May 20, 2013, meeting to order at 8:08 a.m.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Payroll. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Accounts Payable as follows: Checks #333707 to #333787 and void
check #333775. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman
(absent), Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).
Commissioner Strahan moved to adjourn. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).
