Wednesday May 1, 2013: The Taney County Road & Bridge Coordinator – with assistance from me - opened one Bid
Package – in response to the above listed RFB. An agenda request was then made to deliver a recommendation after
review – to the Taney County Commission. Eventually Thursday May 16, 2013 was set for said recommendation.
Thursday May 16, 2013: Subsequent to a thorough review by Randy Haes with Road & Bridge, of this one response –
and due to the unique nature of this item - Mr. Haes recommended awarding per the attached Bid Tab to: Jenkins
Diesel of Springfield, Mo. The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed
unanimously. Please see attached full Bid Tab. (Prepared by: Kathy Roberts, Taney County Road & Bridge Office
Manager.)
