THE JANUARY ADJOURNDED TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commissioners Office at 9:44
a.m. pursuant to adjourn with Ron Herschend, Western District and Danny Strahan,
Eastern District present. Chuck Pennel, Presiding was absent. The following proceedings
were had and made a matter of record.

Commissioner Herschend made a motion to approve the following payroll checks:

Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel
(absent), Herschend (yes), Strahan (yes).
