Monday April 29, 2013: The above responses to this RFB were opened publicly and read aloud at the
Taney County Commission Hearing Room. Planning & Zoning Administrator Bob Atchley asked for a
time certain to be set allowing him a review period. Thursday May 2, 2013 was later scheduled.

Thursday May 2, 2013: Based on the above listed responses, and after a thorough review, Mr. Atchley
recommended; Jackson Appraisal Services, LLC. of: Hollister, Mo. for award to the Taney County
Commission.

The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.
