APRIL 3, 2013, 2ND DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Offices at 9:48 am with Ron Houseman, Danny
Strahan present, and Brandon Williams present via telephone. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
EMERGENCY MEETING
Commissioner Houseman called the April 3, 2013, Emergency Meeting to order at 9:48 am.
Commissioner Houseman explained the Assessor was trying to obtain postage for a large mail
out and was unable to purchase using his department’s credit card. The Auditor’s Office stated
they had tried several ways to make it work and asking for an Emergency Meeting so a check
could be approved for the purchase was the only way.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Check #5766 in the amount of $2,589.51.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).

motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye), and Williams (aye).
