Thursday March 7, 2013: The Taney County Commission met today in reference to the above listed
RFB. After opening responses from all of the above listed companies a motion was made to allow a time
for a thorough review of all information packages as received from each by Road & Bridge Coordinator
Randy Haes and after said review a recommendation be made on Monday March 11, 2013.

Monday March 11, 2013: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, within all
three responses, Mr. Haes recommended the low Bid as received from Viebrock Sales LLC of: Sedalia,
Mo. - listed above. A motion was made to award to Viebrock Sales LLC and it passed unanimously.
