Monday February 25, 2013: The Taney County Commission met in reference to the above listed RFB. After opening
responses from the above listed companies, a request was made to set a time certain for a recommendation after
review. The Taney County Commission set Thursday February 28, 2013 for said recommendation.
Thursday February 28, 2013: Subsequent to a thorough review by Randy Haes with Road & Bridge, of all the detailed
pricing offered, and thereafter due to extenuating circumstances, we asked the Commission for a week postponement
to offer a recommendation. The Taney County Commission made a motion as such and it passed unanimously.
Thursday March 7, 2013: After additional review of each response - in great detail - and realizing that the only units
which meet all o f the desired needs to serve Taney County correctly are priced beyond feasible budgetary availability,
Mr. Haes is formally requesting that the Taney County Commission order all responses to be rejected. Thereafter he
will re-group and decide on the appropriate next course of action concerning this need. The Taney County Commission
made a motion as such and it passed unanimously.
