Monday February 25, 2013: The Taney County Com m ission met in reference to the above listed R FB. After opening
responses from the above listed companies, a request w as made to set a time certain for a recommendation after
review. The Taney County Com m ission set Thursday February 28, 2013 for said recommendation.
Thursday February 28, 2013: Subsequent to thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered TANCO Lumber of;
Forsyth, M issouri w as recommended as the best and lowest response. The Taney County Com m ission made a motion
to award as such and it passed unanimously.
