Response to the above listed RFB resulted in only one Bid being received at which point I informed the Taney County
Commission that I had been made aware of the fact that this one response was from a Vendor which for all intents
and purposes might easily be considered a “Sole Source”. This is due to strict governmental control of these devices,
enforced territorial distribution limits, and the uniqueness of the device itself. They instructed me to proceed and open
the single response.
Seiler Instruments out of: Belton, Missouri submitted a Bid in the amount of: S6.290.00...
A motion was made to make the award - to the above Vendor - and the Taney County Commission voted
unanimously to do so.
