FEBRUARY 15, 2005 THE 17th DAY
OF THE JANUARY ADJOURNED TERM
The Taney County Commission met in the County Commission’s Office at 10:30
a.m. pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding Commissioner, Ron Herschend,
Western District and Danny Strahan, Eastern District present and the following
proceedings were had.
DISPATCH RELOCATION
Commissioner Pennel made a motion to allow the expenditure of up to
$15,000.00 for the relocation of the Sheriff’s Dispatch and to order that the following be
transferred to the Building & Grounds budget: $5,000.00 from the Sheriff’s Budget,
$5,000.00 from 911 and $5,000.00 from the contingency fund. Commissioner Strahan
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (yes),
Strahan (yes).
Ordered that the Commission adjourn.
