THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 9:08 a.m. with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss absent. The following proceedings were had
and made a matter of record:
BUDGET DISCUSSIONS
Rick Findley County Auditor was present for the budget discussions.
2013 BUDGET DISCUSSIONS
COMMISSION CONFERENCE ROOM
The County Commission discussed the following Budget Lines: 105 – Benefits, 104 – Building
& Grounds, 101- County Commission, 106 – Treasurer, 114 – Budget Account, 140 – Airport.

The County Commission discussed the following Budget Lines: 102 – County Clerk and 114 –
Budget Account.
Rick Findley joined the meeting at 1:20 P.M.

The County Commission discussed the following Budget Lines: 123 – Purchasing, 124 -
Transfer/ Dept Service, 125 – Law Enforcement Tax, 126 – Circuit Clerk, 127 – Economic
Development, 128 – Human Resources – Legal, 129 – Human Resources, 130 – Planning &
Zoning.
No motions were made no votes were taken.
Rick Findley exited the meeting at 3:50 P.M.
Commissioner Strahan moved to adjourn. Commissioner Houseman seconded. The motion
passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (absent).
