Thursday November 1, 2012: The Taney County Commission met in reference to the above listed RFB. After opening
responses from the above listed companies a motion was made to allow a time for a thorough review of all information
packages as received from each by Randy Haes of the Taney County Road & Bridge Department. The Commission
requested that after said review a recommendation be made on Thursday November 8, 2012. Then on November 8
due to a scheduling conflict– the recommendation was re-scheduled for Tuesday November 13, 2012.

Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, a recommendation was made to award this RFB to;

Radio Communications Specialists (RCS) of: Springfield, Missouri as the low Bidder.

This recommendation is not only based on the fact that RCS has offered the lowest Bid, focusing on an existing Brand
we are very familiar with, but also the fact that they have a history here, they are currently the awarded provider for our
Sheriff’s Department, and bring excellent local references – including Western Taney County Fire Protection District
and Stone County 911 Services.

The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.

Thank you.

Director of Purchasing
