The Taney County Commission met today in reference to the above listed RFQ, to receive a
recommendation. Subsequent to a thorough review of all responses from the above listed companies,
completed by: Scott Starrett, On-site Wastewater Permits Division 1&11 Inspector & Code Enforcer for
Taney County Planning, Mr. Starrett recommended we accept HDR Engineering based on the following
factors.

-The extensive experience of the Project Manager, specific to the number and scope of Transfer Station
projects they have been involved with across the nation.

-The local availability of the Project Engineer. (Forsyth Office.)

-All parts of the project will be taken care of in house.

-The corresponding time line for completion to meet our deadline.

-The numerous Transfer Station projects HDR has been involved with as a company.

The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.
