Thursday October 4, 2012: The Taney County Commission met in reference to the above listed RFB. After opening
responses from the above listed companies a motion was made to allow a time for a thorough review of all information
packages as received from each by Alissha Woody of the Taney County Prosecutor’s Office. The Commission
requested that after said review a recommendation be made.
Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered, Alissha recommended Graystone Graphics, Inc of
Nixa, Missouri to be awarded. This recommendation is governed by the rule of finding what is best for the county, not
always the lowest. Given the short timeframe to having these shirts completed and on hand – combined with the close
proximity of Nixa, as well as the closeness in pricing – Graystone was recommended.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award as such and it passed unanimously.
