Response to the above listed RFP resulted in only one Bid being received. I requested instruction from the Taney
County Commission as to proceed or re-let. They instructed me not to open this single response but rather they
preferred to reject this RFP and re-let it.
A motion was made and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously to do so.
Subsequent to these instructions I have re-issued a NOTICE request which is set to be published on July
4, 2012. The new RFP is #201207-190 set to open on Thursday July 19, 2012 at 9:00 AM. The one
response will remain unopened and either held until the new opening date, or returned to the submitter.
