Response to the above listed RFP resulted in only one Bid being received. I requested instruction from the Taney
County Commission as to proceed or re-let. They instructed me to proceed and open the single response after which
the Taney County Commission instructed me to contact the Vendor as well as our Animal Control Department and
return with a recommendation on Monday June 25, 2012 at 9:20 AM.
After making the necessary contacts, per the above instructions, I returned this morning with a recommendation to
award to:
Remodeling the Ozarks - of Ozark, Mo. 65721. They had submitted a Bid in the amount of: $10,810.10...
A motion was made to make the award – to the above Vendor - and the Taney County Commission voted
unanimously to do so.
