Response to the above listed RFP resulted in only one Bid being received. I requested instruction from the Taney
County Commission as to proceed or re-let. They instructed me to proceed and open the single response. The
information within the response was reviewed by me and by the Taney County Assessor who was present. Afterward
he made a recommendation to the Taney County Commission to award this Bid to the one Vendor who responded.
A motion was made to make the award and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously to do so.
BID AWARDED TO; Intrinic Corp. of Hollister, Mo. 65672. They had submitted a Bid in the amount of:
$1.80 per structure, to capture approximately 50,468 digital sketches… Thank you.
