Response to the above listed RFB resulted in only one Bid being received. Given to the uniqueness of the needed
repairs, combined with information supporting that factor that I had received, I made a recommendation to the Taney
County Commission to proceed with the Bid opening and award this Bid to the one Vendor who responded. After a
few questions from the Commission the Bid was opened and read aloud – a motion was made to make the award
and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously to do so.
BID AWARDED TO; Temperature Control Co., Inc. of Springfield, Missouri. They had submitted a Bid for
the total cost to the county in the amount of: $9,150.00… Thank you.
