OFFICIAL MINUTES
MAY 3, 2012, 12TH DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Clerkâs Office at 1:02 p.m. with Ron Houseman
present, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss via teleconference. The following proceedings were had
and made a matter of record:
PARK SERVICES AGREEMENT
An agreement between Taney County and Southern Construction the County will sweep the area
where the public Walk/Run was to be held on May 5, 2012. Southern Construction will provide
assistance in the construction of County Park facilities, and particularly digging holes for and
setting of poles in the future. Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the agreement between
Taney County and Southern Construction. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
