OFFICIAL MINUTES
APRIL 4, 2012, 2nd DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Clerk’s Office at 9:28 a.m. with Ron Houseman
present, Jim Strafuss present via teleconference and Danny Strahan absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into emergency session due to employment termination.
Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye),
Strahan (absent) and Strafuss (aye).
EMERGENCY SESSION
Commissioner Houseman stated he had received information from the Sheriff’s Department of
employment termination, and approval was needed to issue the last payroll check.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the payroll check. Commissioner Houseman seconded
the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (absent) and Strafuss (aye).
Commissioner Strafuss moved to adjourn. Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (absent) and Strafuss (aye).
