Response to the above listed RFB resulted in only one Bid being received. Given to the uniqueness of the requested
service, combined with information supplied by the Sheriff who was present, we made a recommendation to the
Taney County Commission to proceed with the Bid opening and award this Bid to the one Vendor who responded.
After a few questions from the Commission the Bid was opened and read aloud – a motion was made to make the
award and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously to do so.
BID AWARDED TO; Inmate Services Corporation of West Memphis, Arkansas. They had submitted a
Bid in the amount of: $1.00 per mile / $350.00 minimum … Thank you.
